SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY FOR AUSTRALIA

FREE Standard shipping for all orders over AUD$120.00 - Australia only.

$9.95 AUD (via Sendle or Australia Post) for orders under AUD$120.00 – Australia only.

$15.00 AUD Express Shipping for all orders Australia wide.

 

We know you're keen to get your items as quickly as possible. With this in mind, if you purchased from us online we try to process all orders within 72 hours of receiving your order during business days from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in NSW, Australia).  During busy sale periods, public holidays and Christmas (Nov-Dec) please allow for extra time for processing and in-transit time. Also note we will not process orders until payment has been received. This can take up to 72 hours depending on the Payment Method you have selected. Generally payment by Paypal processes much faster than any credit card.

Once we have processed your order, our standard delivery service within Australia provides delivery within 3-10 business days although more often than not, it is much quicker than this.

4daughters.com offer a standard delivery service including track & trace via both Australia Post & Sendle. You will be sent a tracking number with confirmation of your package being picked & packed and ready for delivery.

Australia Post & Sendle or any other Australian or international courier company that we use may have other specific terms of delivery. We recommend that you also check their terms of delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges cover packaging & delivery cost. We do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of your goods in transit by Australia Post or Sendle.

Whilst we process our orders as promptly as possible, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse and has been lodged with Australia Post or Sendle, we have no control over delivery times. We are not liable for any loss or delay caused by Australia Post or Sendle.

For both carriers you will receive an email with tracking details enclosed once the item has been picked & packed and is ready to distribute.

In the unfortunate circumstance where an item may be sold out, we will contact you to let you know within 48 hours of your order being made. You will be asked to consider an alternative item, or if you have already paid for the goods, your money will be promptly refunded for such goods.

 

FREE PICKUP

Should you decide you would like to pick up your items from our Warehouse, we will be happy to facilitate this at a mutually convenient time.

Once payment for the goods has been received and processed, you will receive an email or phone call from us to organise a Pick Up Window.  Once Free Pickup has been selected, paid shipping cannot be provided.  

 

OUR CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

Over Christmas, we extend our Returns period – giving you plenty of time to return any gifts that aren't quite right.

If you place an online order between 25 November and 24 December, you have 35 days to exchange it at our Chatswood Store or return via post. If you can't find something suitable we will happily provide you with a 12 month Store Credit.

For orders placed / purchases made after 24 December, the normal 14 day returns policy applies. 

Underwear & Swimwear can NOT be exchanged or returned for a Store Credit.

Sales Items can NOT be exchanged or returned for a Store Credit. 

This Returns Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other legislation.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your 4daughters.com experience and should you change your mind, we will provide a Store Credit to the value of the item(s) purchased, excluding shipping costs.  

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.  

Please note all goods are inspected and photographed before they depart our Store and returned items will be fully inspected on their return.  

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.  We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.  

If you are unhappy with your purchase we will happily provide you with a Store Credit (Valid for 12 months) to the value of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs, as long as the following due process is followed :-

  • If purchased online and delivered, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery of goods. 
  • If purchased in-store, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery of goods. 
  • Items are returned in “as new” condition, namely, have not been worn or washed, dry cleaned or laundered, have not been damaged by you and are accompanied by the original receipt, packaging and tags.
  • Please note that shipping/return charges are not refundable unless the returned product is deemed to have a fault.
  • The return must be accompanied by one of our Return Forms. You will find this enclosed in your delivery.  
  • Store Credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
  • No Store Credit can be given after 14 days of receipt of delivery of goods for change of mind or if you have made a wrong decision. Except for the Christmas window specified above.
  • We reserve the right to deny issuing a Store Credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements above.
  • Sale items, Underwear and Swimwear cannot be returned nor issued with a Store Credit.

This Returns Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other legislation.

DAMAGED & FAULTY GOODS

While we try our best to ensure that your goods are in pristine condition when you receive them, unfortunately sometimes they can be damaged in transit. If your goods are damaged when you receive them, please take clear photographs of them and email them to us within 24 hours of your receipt of them. Our customer service team will then contact you regarding next steps.

Please email Returns@myfourdaughters.com.au with the photos of the damaged goods.

The remedy provided to you will depend on the circumstances and be in accordance with the relevant law. We may take 48 hours to revert to your initial correspondence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to refuse to provide a Store Credit if we deem the damage to be due to misuse of fair wear and tear or failure to use or care for the product in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or if the returned goods do not reach us.

This Returns Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other legislation.

Please note all goods are photographed before they depart our Warehouse and returned items will be fully inspected on their return.  We may also consult with the supplier or manufacturer to determine if the item is faulty.

Damaged and Faulty Items are considered on a case by case basis.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Delivery times and costs for international deliveries vary depending on the destination country. As with Australian deliveries, we do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of your goods in transit by our international courier company.

You will receive an email with tracking details once the item has been picked & packed and is ready to distribute.

4daughters only ships to the following countries and the applicable shipping fees are as follows:

  1. New Zealand: orders under AUD150.00 = AUD20.00/ order over AUD150 = AUD10.00
  2. Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea and China: orders under AUD150.00 = AUD25.00 / orders over AUD150.00 = AUD15.00
  3. United States: orders under AUD150.00 =AUD30.00 / orders over AUD150.00 = AUD20.00

As stated in our Terms, international shipments are subject to controls by customs authorities in the destination country, this may delay the delivery of international orders. We are not liable for any loss or delay caused by our international courier or due to any local customs issues, including inspection or confiscation of any goods by local authorities.

You (or the recipient if not you) may be contacted by the local customs authorities or courier company to provide further information or documentation and authorisation to import the order into the relevant country.

No change of minds returns will be accepted for international orders.

If your goods are damaged (and provided the damage has not occurred in transit) then email Returns@myfourdaughters.com.au with photos of the damaged goods. Damaged and faulty goods are considered on a case by case basis. In the event, we accept a return for damaged goods then you will be liable for all shipping costs for the return of the goods to Australia.
